A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. offers pool parties based on Home Owners Association rules and guidelines. Please click on your neighborhood for all specific rules and regulations. You must be a resident of the neighborhood to reserve a pool party. After reading the specific rules for your neighborhood, please call to reserve your pool party or you may request a party online. Requesting your party online does not imply your party has been booked. You must speak directly with Kim to confirm your date. ASHCREEK POOL PARTY RULES

  • Parties during pool hours must be 25 people or less with one hired lifeguard.
  • Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions and swim team schedules.
  • Pool parties are to be scheduled before or after pool hours and may not last past 11:00pm.
  • Pool parties may be scheduled after 4:00pm until 11:00pm on Monday as long as the Monday is not a legal Holiday when the pool is open.  (Or the day the pool is closed during the week if not Monday.)
  • There is a 10-day advance notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduled parties.
  • There is a 5-day cancellation notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduled parties.  If the resident does not call to cancel the party then A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. will submit an invoice reflecting the time the lifeguards were at the pool for the scheduled party.
  • There is a $25.00 non-refundable set-up fee made payable to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. to be mailed at least 5-days prior to the party.  If not received by said date, the set-up fee increases to $35.00.  The set-up fee is not a deposit.  Mail to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc., 21175 Tomball Pkwy. #725, Houston, TX 77070.  We accept cash, money orders, and credit cards (Master Card & Visa).  No personal checks please.
  • There are always two lifeguards for 1-40 swimmers; thereafter, one lifeguard for each additional 20 swimmers.
  • Lifeguard pay is $17.50 per lifeguard, per hour.  This is to be paid with set-up fee 5 days in advance of the party.  There will be NO REFUNDS if resident decides to end party early. 
  • Parties after August 26th are subject to a $75.00 fee.  This fee is for additional cleanings to have the pool in good order.  No party after pool closes for the season.
  • No alcohol shall be served.
  • No glass containers.
  • Resident is to clean-up pool area from party.
  • The Office Manager or Supervisor must approve specific lifeguard requests for pool parties.  If changes occur with the guards, the resident will be notified as soon as possible.

 

 


 

BARKERS LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION 

RULES FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS AT THE POOL
The purpose of these rules is to provide a procedure by which a qualified resident may schedule and use the pool at times other than the regular operating schedule.
1.     A copy of this policy will be reviewed and signed by each resident applying for use.
2.    The pool may be used only by qualified residents who will be present at the function.
3.    The pool may not be used for private functions during normal pool hours as defined by the Board of Directors.
4.    The Board of Directors will approve all private functions.
5.    A-Beautiful Pools will collect guard and set-up fees from the resident reserving the pool for a private function and require a deposit of $100.00, payable to Barkers Landing HOA and refundable if no damages occur.
6.    At least ten (10) days before the function, residents must contact A-Beautiful Pools at 281.376.6510 to request approval for function, schedule the time, and arrange to visit the office to leave the deposit and sign the necessary forms.  At this time arrangements will be made for payment of the lifeguards.  It is the responsibility of the resident of pay for the life guards; it is the responsibility of the pool manager to determine the number of guards needed, based on the number and age of the guests and the type of function.
7.    Alcoholic beverages may not be present at any function unless specifically approved.  Approval for the presence of alcoholic beverages must be requested when the request for approval of the function is made.  Any resident scheduling the function must be over 21 and sign this statement verifying that city, county and state laws regarding legal drinking age will be followed.  Security will be notified to monitor the situation.  Only adult residents will be allowed to book and be responsible for such a party, not their children, even if the children are over 21.  Parents or residents are responsible and must sign in all cases.
8.    Residents may not be given access to the pool area without the presence of a lifeguard employed by the pool manager.  If access is needed for any reason before the scheduled time of the function, resident must arrange for a lifeguard to be present.
9.       Music or other noise, which is disturbing the neighbors, is not permitted.  Noise or other complaints will be handled by security, and resident host is responsible for having guests comply.
10.     All private functions must end by midnight on Friday or Saturday and by 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday in consideration of our neighbors.  Residents may not stay at the pool after scheduled time of function without the presence of a lifeguard employed by the pool manager.  If access is necessary after this, residents are responsible for overtime for the lifeguards, and must arrange for all persons and supplies to be gone and gates locked no later than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled end of the function.  There is to be no music or amplification of any kind after the scheduled function.  Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of deposit.
11.     Cooking is discouraged.  Party hosts must obtain approval in advance for any cooking. The Pool Management Company must be notified if pre-cooked food is to be served.  Pool manager is responsible for this decision based on safety considerations. All pool areas must be cleaned by the party host and left ready for resident to swim at the next open hours.
12.     Group size limits will be determined by pool manager.
13.     Larger functions, i.e. school or church groups, etc., must be sponsored by a resident who will be present at the time of the function. Indemnity forms must be submitted unless all non-adult guests are accompanied by a parent.
14.     Lifeguards are in complete charge of the pool.  The lifeguards and pool users must comply with the pool rules.
15.     Adequate chaperons and parental supervision must be provided for functions involving minors.  It will be the responsibility of the pool manager to determine that users comply.
16.     Representatives of Planned Community Management, Inc. and lifeguards will make timely inspection of the area after cleanup.  If damages or cleanup cost exceed deposit, resident host will make payment within seven (7) days.
17.     This policy is subject to additional rules that the Board of Directors may deem necessary.  They may be amended at any time without notice.

BRIAR HILLS POOL PARTY RULES

  • If a homeowner has fifteen (15) guests or less, then they may have parties at the pool during pool hours as long as the maximum pool capacity is not affected. If a homeowner wanted to have more than 15 guests, they needed to contact A-Beautiful to arrange for an additional lifeguard(s).
  • Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions and swim team schedules.
  • Pool parties are to be scheduled before or after pool hours and may not last past 11:00pm.
  • Pool parties may be scheduled after 4:00pm until 11:00pm on Monday as long as the Monday is not a legal Holiday when the pool is open.  (Or the day the pool is closed during the week if not Monday.)
  • There is a 10-day advance notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduled parties.

  • There shall be no pool parties scheduled during pool hours and they may not conflict with neighborhood functions or swim team schedules.

  • Pool parties may be scheduled after 4:00pm until 11:00pm on Monday as long as the Monday is not a legal Holiday when the pool is open.  (Or the day the pool is closed during the week if not Monday.)
  • There is a 10-day advance required notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduling of parties.

  • There shall be no pool parties in this neighborhood

 


 

COLES CROSSING POOL PARTY RULES

  • There shall be no pool parties scheduled during pool hours.

  • Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions and swim team schedules.

  • Pool parties are to be scheduled before or after pool hours and may not last past 11:00pm, and must not exceed 125 people.  Request for a larger number of guests should be made in writing to the Coles Crossing Homeowner Association and forwarded to Planned Community Management, Inc. at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the event.

  • Pool parties may be scheduled after 4:00pm until 11:00pm on the day the pool is regularly closed and not a legal Holiday.

  • There is a 10-day advance notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduled parties.

  • There is a 5-day cancellation notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduled parties.  If the resident does not call to cancel the party then A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. will submit an invoice reflecting the time the lifeguards were at the pool for the scheduled party.  If cancellation is due to inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, a 24-hour notice of cancellation will result in complete refund.  If party is cancelled at least two hours before the scheduled time due to inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, member reserving the pool will be refunded all monies except the office set-up fee.  The resident will also not be responsible for paying the lifeguards. 

  • There is a $25.00 non-refundable set-up fee made payable to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. to be mailed at least 5-days prior to the party.  If not received by said date, the set-up fee increases to $35.00.  The set-up fee is not a deposit.  Mail to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc., 21175 Tomball Parkway #725 , Houston, TX 77070.  We accept cash, money orders, and credit cards (Master Card & Visa).  No personal checks please.

  • A refundable deposit of $250 will be required for any party held at the pool.  This deposit will be refunded to the individual reserving the facilities, provided that all rules pertaining to the use of the pool are observed during the period of private use, the facilities are not damaged in any way, and the facilities and surrounding area are left clean and free from all trash and debris.

  • A non-refundable usage fee of $50 will be charged for any party (swimming or non-swimming).  A check may be payable to the Coles Crossing Community Association for this usage fee along with the aforementioned deposit must be received at the time the pool is reserved by a resident member.  Both the fee and deposit must be turned into the office in Coles Crossing.

  • There are always two lifeguards for 1-40 swimmers; thereafter, one lifeguard for each additional 20 swimmers.

  • Lifeguard pay is $17.50 per lifeguard, per hour.  This is to be paid with set-up fee 5 days in advance of the party.  There will be NO REFUNDS if resident decides to end party early. 

  • A deputy sheriff will be required for any teenage/adult party held at the pool.  Resident will be responsible for making arrangements with the Sheriff.

  • Parties after August 26th are subject to a $75.00 fee.  This fee is for additional cleanings to have the pool in good order.  No party after pool closes for the season.

  • No alcohol shall be served.  No glass containers.

  • Amplifiers will not be allowed.  All speakers must be directed towards the south/Jarvis Road.  

  • Loud, or vulgar language is forbidden.

  • Refusal to constructively respond to Life Guard directives can be used to immediately terminate any party.

  • The Office Manager or Supervisor must approve specific lifeguard requests for pool parties.  If changes occur with the guards, the resident will be notified as soon as possible.

 

 

 

 


 

CYPRESS CREEK LAKES ESTATES POOL PARTY RULES

  • There shall be no pool parties scheduled during pool hours and they may not conflict with neighborhood functions or swim team schedules.
  • Pool parties are to be scheduled before or after pool hours and may not last past 11:00pm.
  • Pool parties may be scheduled after 4:00pm until 11:00pm on Monday as long as the Monday is not a legal Holiday when the pool is open.  (Or the day the pool is closed during the week if not Monday.)
  • There is a 10-day advance required notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduling of parties.

DEERFIELD VILLAGE POOL PARTY RULES

  • Pool parties can be scheduled during or after pool hours.  Pre-payment is required for all fees.
  • Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions and swim team schedules.
  • Parties during pool hours: (resident is responsible for office set up fee and lifeguard costs)
    • 15 guests or less can be held without any extra staffing. 
    • Parties during pool hours with 16-25 guests will require an office set up fee and one additional lifeguard.  Please see below for rates.
    • Parties during pool hours with 25-50 guests will require an office set up fee and two additional lifeguards.  Please see below for rates.
    • Parties over 50 people are recommended to be held outside of pool hours.
  • Private pool parties outside pool hours: (resident is responsible for office set up fee and lifeguard costs)
    • Two lifeguards for 1-40 swimmers; thereafter, one lifeguard for each additional 20 swimmers.

Houston Racquet Club POOL PARTY RULES

  • All pool parties will be coordinated through the Houston Racquet Club.  Please contact ___________________________, Director of Catering.
  • Pool parties may not conflict with day camps and other scheduled functions. 
  • Pool parties may not last past midnight.
  • Parties scheduled during pool hours that are less than 25 patrons (people in and out of the pool) are not required to follow any fee requirements to the A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. office.  The member must notify the Director of Catering at the Houston Racquet Club.  The Director of Catering will give A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. a 48 hour advance notice on parties during pool hours with less than 25 patrons.  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for this type of party.
  • DURING HOURS POOL PARTY:  POOL REQUESTED BY MEMBER MUST BE OPEN: There is a 5-day advance notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. from the the Director of Catering for all scheduled parties during operating hours that are greater than 25 patrons (people in and out of the pool).  These parties will require an additional lifeguard based on patron ratio: 25-50 patrons, 1 additional lifeguard, 50-75 patrons, 2 additional lifeguards, 75-100 patrons, and 3 additional lifeguards that increases in increments of 25.  These additional lifeguards will be billed to the Houston Racquet Club at the contract rate including a 30 minute set up and clean up time.  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for this type of party.
  • OUTSIDE HOURS POOL PARTY: POOL REQUESTED BY MEMBER IS NOT OPEN:  There is a 10-day advance notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. from the Director of Catering for all private parties outside normal operating hours.  A minimum of two (2) lifeguards will be on duty at all times for the lap pool.  A minimum of two (3) lifeguards will be on duty at all times for the resort pool.  There are always two lifeguards for 1-50 swimmers; thereafter, one lifeguard for each additional 25 swimmers.  These lifeguards will be billed to the Houston Racquet Club at the private party rate of $17.50 per hour including the 30 minute set up and 30 minute clean up time.  There is a 5-day cancellation policy for this type of party.
