Junior Lifeguarding

Do you want to learn how to be a lifeguard?!?!

Who:   Anyone ages 11-14
When:   Check back in February 2009
How:   Fill out an application and either fax it to our office or leave it in the folder at your neighborhood pool.

You will learn CPR, first aid, water rescues ...and that’s just the beginning!

Course Description: Junior Guards will receive instruction in water safety, teamwork, public relations, leadership skills, Lifeguarding skills, first aid, and CPR.

FYI: The class will be held at two central locations for the area (Cypress/Spring & Katy)At the end of the class there will be a pizza party for the junior guards as well as an opportunity for them to show off the skills they learned during the class. They will also receive a certificate and t-shirt upon completion of the course.

Class Costs: $80 per child, this includes the 16 hours of instruction they will receive as well as the pizza party and t-shirt they receive at the end.
