A-Beautiful Bucks

A-Beautiful Bucks are awarded at for the following:

  1. In-service
  2. Incentives for Managers and Assistant Managers
  3. Extra responsibility

They are awarded at different increments.  They will be given to you on your last check only if you work through Labor Day.  If you are a college student and work though your last weekend in town, you will also be eligible. 

Other bonuses

  1. For all shifts worked August 1-August 31, you will get $1.00 per shift worked, if you stay through Labor Day weekend.  If you are a college student and work through you last weekend in town, you will also be eligible. There are 46 possible shifts at most facilities we run in the month of August.
  2. For all shifts worked September 1-31, you will get $2.00 per shift worked, if you work a minimum of 6 shifts.  There are 18 possible shifts at most facilities we run in the month of September, that stay open.
  3. $10.00 an hour pay rate for three shifts (one shift a day- randomly chosen after the weekend) over the course of a weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun) for August 22-24 & August 30-September 1. 

Ok, now lets do some math!!!

  1. If you attend all the in-services, you start out with a bonus of $42.00 just for in-services alone.
  2. If you work all possible shifts in August, you will earn $46.00.  If you work ½ of the possible shifts in August, you will get a $23.00.
  3. If you work all possible shifts in September, you will earn $32.00, if you work ½ of the possible shifts in September, you will get a $18.00.
  4. If you have an average rate of pay of $6.75, you will get an additional $3.25 per hour worked for three shifts the last two weekends in August. 
The total bonus if you work ½ of the shifts available at most of our pools in August and September, and work 3 out of 6 of the ten dollar an hour shifts in the last two weekends of August could be a $122 bonus.
